Products - Counter Tops

Perhaps the most well known of all filter system types and the most seen in shops and stores are the Counter or Table Top Models. Ideal for light filtration and often used for flat and apartment dwellers where invasive plumbing wouldnt be popular.

They simply attach to most taps by means of a universal fitting , collar or insert screw .A diverter then pushes the water through the filter housing(s) and media cartrdige(s) into the container.

Quick and easy but not hugely effective for pollution levels that we have to contend with these days. Great for travel because they are portable and easy to attach. Replacement cartridges are reasonably priced and there are a selection to choose from depending on the water issue you are trying to counter act

Table Top 1 Stage

Consists of either a combination filter of 5 Micron Sediment Filter plus Activated Carbon . The sediment filter removes all suspended particles larger than 5 microns such as dirt, dust, rust , leaves and verious detris. Estimated change cycle : 6 Months

The Activated carbon filter removes : the algal toxins and other algal by-products
from treated water. Atrazine, together with the more commonly used pesticides, can be effectively removed from water . Colour of household water, organic carbon, mercury, phenols, tastes & odours, THM's and generic poisons. Estimated Change Cycle : 12 Months
1 Stage Counter Top Filter

Table Top / Counter Top - 2 Stage

With this very adaptable version you have a selection of multiple media types. The sediment filters are available in 3 choices.
1 Micron Spun sediment filter which removes particles of 1 Micron and smaller,
5 Micron Spun Sediment which removes suspended particles of 5 Microns and smaller or a   5 Micron Pleated Washable Sediment filter which removes particles of 5 microns or smaller.  The unit is issued with the 5 Micron filter as standard but any of the options can be ordered

For the 2nd filter their are 4 additional choices:
Granular activated Carbon , 1 or 10 Micron High Density Taste & Odour Removal Carbon, Granular Activated Carbon  or G.A.C / KDF combination which is extremely efficient in removing 99.9% of all chlorine, heavy metals, prevents scaling and inhibits bacteria growth. Estimated Change Cycle of filter #2 is 12 months

2 Stage Counter Top
This filter is far more adaptable and efficient than the 1 stage unit and can be customised to your specific water feed problems.
